Chicken soup was good, burger was decent. Fries were soggy. I wonder why the place was empty n a Father's Day. Not a great look.

Our server was nice, and and the overall experience was pretty much as expected. The food was more expensive than expected. I live in Brooklyn and I'm used to the price of diner food, but this still surprised me. That may be on me though. The reason I'm writing this review is because we were charged $3 for sharing food. We ordered $25 worth of food and drink between the two of us and were planning to share all of the food. The server was kind and up front about the pointless arbitrary rule, but it still didn't make any sense. The $3 charge is really whatever, but the ethos behind the charge as a paying customer bothers me. So if you like enjoying your meals with others and occasionally splitting some entrees, this is a hard pass.

This is a nice diner and they draw a big Sunday breakfast crowd. I've only been for breakfast and everything was very good. Pretty much what you think of when you imagine a new York diner.

I have been here a few times trying to give them a chance. The food is terrible and cold! They can't even get french fries right. The last time I was there, they gave me bad eggs for breakfast. When I went to the owner to complain, he was extremely rude! Never going back.
