Stayed here with sports team for event. Convenient location, staff is excellent. Beds are very small (doubles). Rooms are spacious. The restaurant for lunch/dinner is very good but seating is bar only and not very comfortable. Restaurant is only open for seating at breakfast. Standard buffet options. Eggs are meh but fruit assortment is great! Convenient for many locations. Staff here is standout! Incredibly helpful.

The room was clean. The cleaning staff was so friendly and accommodating. We were even able to check in a bit early and it was not an issue. It's literally right next to the 49er stadium and Great America amusement park.

Exceptional stay. Appears upscale but some factors keep this hotel from shining. Including up tight rules about check in, impractical service and average rooms. Even the channel selections are minimal for the price you pay. The only perk that this hotel gets is location. You're nearby tech hubs, Levi's stadium and Great America. Otherwise you can likely score on better quality hotels for the money you'll be dropping here.

This is perfectly located! It is part of the Rivermark Shopping Village. Great coffee spots, eateries, a nail salon, two banks, local library and a grocery. Hotel was nice and clean, we has a studio king suite and my parents had a king bedroom suite a couple of doors down. The cleaning staff was super helpful as we had toddler constantly making a mess and need the vacuum frequently. Front desk staff was welcoming and competent. I love be able to park on the second level of the parking deck as our room faced that direction and it was easy to see the car from our window. Breakfast was a mix of hot and cold items and I love the variety of food. All around great stay!

Obviously location first, and then kind of Grand and clean environment.
The entire backside faces the stadium so just request one of those rooms on a higher floor.

Yes & id recommend it being so close at that hotel. traffic around stadium after an event is crazy!

No, all doors to rooms are inside. This is a very nice 4 star hotel.
