My gratitude for having such a dreamlike wonderland in my backyard cannot be overstated. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the world's greatest natural antidepressant: long peaceful walks in the beautiful, clean woods.

Great place to hike. There are varying levels of difficulty depending on your preference. A nice number of trails. Sometimes can be crowded and if you're looking for a middle of the woods and quiet place away from city noise, probably not the place to go. However, it's easy and accessible to all. A lot of people walk their dogs here.

Sachem Head is a really impressive ledge with an overhang. Not sure if people climb here but I would assume so. Trail is rocky and rugged in places. Not to many people, although I assume it's a lot more crowded in the north part of the area.

We like going here, close to our home in Greenfield, nice wide paths. No really vigorous hikes just nice walking in the woods.
