Pizza came with wrong sauce. The night we ordered our meal was expected around 7pm. The replacement pizza showed up cold and around 11pm. We also ordered the cinnamon twists. They get smaller every time we have ordered. Nothing as advertised. Seems there is no quality checks as they are required to do. We don't do delivery anymore as they always seem to forget dipping sauces you paid for. Then they don't care when they drop it off. This was once a well managed location.vI can not say that our food had been all that great this past year. We went from ordering weekly to maybe once a month now. Just hoping food quality will return.

Although the food was decent the service is always much to be desired. No employees to be found when I arrived. 5 minutes later someone came walking from the back. No greeting, no smile. Very impersonal. This is continuous almost every time I go. Very rarely am I acknowledged even when they are standing in front of me. Gloves aren't being worn when dealing with food prep and they will ring people up and then continue to prep without washing hands.

I would give no stars if i could. Ive ordered several times the pizza either comes burned or cold. Or they forget the sauces i pay extra for. When i call they are ALWAYS rude & rush me off the phone or leave me on hold. I just called and the morning manager wont speak to me about the order i made last night, i have to call back after 5. It was wings, cheesy bread and cinnamon sticks. All three sauces were missing. Im over it, wont be ordering again.
