The "manager" was useless. Two whole people in the dining area and the only orders he could be bothered with were drive thru's. No one acknowledging me or the lady in front of me at the counter who finally gave up and left. If this is the "new normal" this country's in deep S**T

Other fast food establishments in the area were closed because of staffing issues so even though we were there after midnight there were a few people in the drive through. The staff were busy but very efficient and the food (a double quarter pounder with cheese meal and a crispy chicken sandwich) was absolutely perfect. Exactly what we needed after work and a long ride. Thankful to the staff for existing in these strange times and doing there job well.

Go here regularly especially when I remodeled my kitchen. Orders are 99% accurate and the individual taking my order always informed me about better deals that were available. Helpful when you are trying to save as much money.

This is for the Mcdonald's in Greenfield, MA. It was 2am and we waited at the drive thru for about 15 minutes. The car in front of us had just placed an order. We waited and waited. We ended up driving around the building, and workers were outside smoking. We had to ask if they were open. We were then able to finally place our order.
