Been staying down the street so I've stopped in here several times mostly mornings for coffee and some breakfast. Stopped once at night was disappointed the lobby closes at 8pm as I prefer to walk-in vs use a drive thru.

The man who was working the drivethru this morning at 0445 deserves a raise. He should be cloned for every store. So genuinely pleasant and helpful. I feel ready for my impending 20hr shift today after dropping my husband off at the airport. Make this man head of training! Something!

Don’t waist your time and money just drive up the street to a different Dunkin. I’d say there’s a 70% your order is wrong, and then they’ll argue that it’s the customer’s fault! Working for Dunkin they taught us customer service, it takes one second to clarify an order, you don’t just assume what the customer wants. Someone needs to audit that place and see all the workers screwing around! Also they won’t stir ANYTHING!
