Another 5 star experience. I usually just get the scrub and massage, but I did the scrub and acupressure massage with facial (a gift). Hanna was my therapist and she was wonderful. The scrub was invigorating, the massage was strong, and the facial was relaxing. The front desk was super nice as always.

I love it here. Great skin care and self care. Get the scrub and massage and you won't be disappointed. You can stay all day with a treatment or a day pass. Mens area is separate from womens. There is a salt room to rest and take a nap, cold-dip pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, showers, blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. If you get a treatment/scrub go at least 30 minutes early to soak so you get the best results.

After a long break during Covid, I finally went back to one of my favorite places in San Diego. I got my usual scrub and massage treatment. It was wonderful as always and my body really needed it. The place is neat and clean, and everyone very friendly.

Aqua Day Spa was suggested by a friend and once we arrived everyone there seemed to love it. We got eveything done for $130/each. The massage and scrub (very intense) were nice. The spa itself is very small. I'm used to larger Korean spas that offer cold rooms, cedar wood rooms, Etc. There isn't a restaurant on site here. They don't have very many amenities to get ready with after. Not sure I'll go back.

Split with women on one side and men on the other. Cost depends on services, so go check out their website for detailed info.
Just go and enjoy the saunas/facility. I found the scrub to be too aggressive.
Leave the luggage in your car and bring in the necessary toiletries...
When I went it was all nude. It has a separate spa for each sex.
If ur not comfortable being naked bring a bikini bottom or something. Id take a water bottle because it gets steamy. Also if ur preggo take flip flops so u dont slip because the place is covered in steam/water
They're not open on Thanksgiving day, but they are open on Christmas day
It's a gender segregated nude spa. Someone usually is watching to make sure no "inappropriate" activities take place. Depending on the day and crowd some people bring their children.
The men & women sections are separate
