When I went it was all nude. It has a separate spa for each sex.
Most guests are nude. I've seen some wear panties, very rarely, but usually all are topless. They do supply a robe and towels, so you can cover up between services.
Hmmm I don't recall. If your going to be bathed then yes you are going to be nude. However they were discreet in facilitating each part of my body.
You can wear a cover and there's some supplied when in the men's area.
I was there once, Customers have to be nude ( at least in mens part) You can call them to ask for wearing bikini before going there.
