Very old machines. Washers don't tell you time for your wash to be done. Not any extra choices, basic and outdated. Dryers take forever to dry larger load. I left with some stuff still wet after 45 minutes. Hi temp does not feel very high. Lots of machines smell funky. No one working there said hello or anything. Won't be returning.

I called them last week asking how much they charge todo laundry and the girl told me it’s $1.25 a lb. Today a friend of mine dropped off my stuff and it should have been around $50. Well it wasn’t, my friend sent me the receipt and it was $89.50!! I looked at they charged me $32 for 2lbs of blankets! I called and the same girl I spoke to the week prior said it’s always been that price and that they had more of my blankets they didn’t see in my hamper already in the washer and asked if I wanted them taken out. I was livid! I spoke to that girl twice today and I said to her when someone calls and ask you how much you charge then you need to mention all prices! Not just one! She took my blankets that were already in the washer out. (they didn’t start it yet). $16 a pound for blankets is absolutely crazy and not being given the exact price when asked is bs!

Dry cleaning service at its worst. Servuce was not very friendly. I dropped off a jacket, they did not remove the stain. I asked for a refund, they declined. They said they cleaned it, regardless that the stain was the only reason I dropped the jacket off. Took it elsewhere and they got the stain removed. Clothespin is a waste of money.
