Due to some bad weather I needed a place to stay for a few hours ( a few weeks back) and this was close to the airport so I gave it a go. Sometimes you get what you pay for - if you have low expectations, the place serves it purpose. The room was clean, but I could not get over the smell in the hallway - almost made me want to vomit. Even though the price was exceedingly reasonable, I would never go back. (On the plus side - faux wood flooring in the room made me more confident about the relative cleanliness of the place .... with the smell, I would not have wanted to walk barefoot on any carpeting.

The location was good and had a lot of food options around, but the room was in need of repair. There were cigarettes left in the table drawer and the dresser had what looked like a film of some sort on it of grim. The drain to the jacuzzi didn't work properly. Had to pay an additional 100$ deposit on top of everything and never received it back

I was stranded on a rerouted flight that was supposed to land in Albany. I got to Syracuse at midnight and by 1 am I was in my hotel room! JP at the front desk is an actual angel walking on this earth and really saved the day for this exhausted traveler! Thank you so much for your outstanding service and thank you for getting me in to get some much needed sleep!

SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF!❤️ BUT, this place needs a SERIOUS work over. It's extremely dirty, broken down, stains everywhere, holes in blankets and linens. Roof appears to have rain water damage.
