Janelle for yrs has always been so nice & welcoming .I wasn't sure if I would like zoom since I enjoyed all the laydown beds that total tan had but the way they incorporated a the individual rooms per stand up booth it is really nice. Janelle is a great manager & looks for certain individuals that are very likeable to work there.

Filthier than a horror movie gas station. Employees are very nice but can only do so much. The "be patient while we renovate" signs are old and yellowed. This is the only one even kind of close to me, and also the one that has me considering cancelling my membership.
