Took awhile for new management to get it together! The new property manager Kristine is amazing, down to earth and actually helps out tenants. Finally! The phones were down and once she came in everything works now and buildings are finally being cleaned. I am now going to resign my lease

2018- This is one of the worst place I have lived in and its unfortunate when you are stuck and can not move.....The apartments are pretty nice, but the staff and the other people who live here are a JOKE! Shootings, lots of domestic violence, cops at the buildings daily.. They let peoples dogs Shi* anywhere, and I hope you don't get below someone who lets trash pile up on there porch and stink cause they won't do anything about it. Tenants harass you and even with a police report with proving they are harassing you they do nothing. Add on- 2/5/2022 not sure who is in charge anymore, there is absolutely NO communication with tenants. . The Main office number is disconnected still. There is never any hot water in the buildings. Things are going even more down hill and I have been here 4 years.

Dirtiest place ever. Mice in apartments, disgusting smells throughout the place. The office people do not keep their word tell you one thing and then turn around and say they didn’t say that. So unorganized. Worst place I have ever stepped foot in. 10/10 don’t recommend
