If you are looking super modern rooms with fancy TV's and super fast wifi, this place won't be for you. We had a poolside room, worked perfectly for our family with 2 small children. We never swam in the pool, but it looked nice. The resort is on a beautiful part of the lake and we liked that there were docks for our family to pick us up with their boat. The staff was very accommodating and very friendly, even when I called the front desk with a special request after we had left for the day. The place was quiet and had many things for kids to do. We will definitley be back next year!

This is our one and only place we come to stay every year for over 10 years in a row. Larry is a wonderful host he has beautiful cottages and the place is kept so clean. We stay in the deck view cottage with a beautiful view of the lake. You can dock a boat there, the kids can play on the sand area and swim in the lake, fishing is also nice. Our kids also like to swim in the pool and play on the slides. I highly recommend staying here if you visit lake george.

What a find! Rooms right on Lake George, docks, shuffleboard, very nice staff! Great location, comfortable, and affordable! Rooms are clean, comfortable, made up on time. So many nice places on the grounds to sit back and soak up some sun or shade, and just de stress! Strong recommend, I'm going back!

Best bang for your buck! About 10 minutes away from the Village of Lake George and 2 minutes from the Village of Bolton Landing. I have found that this place has the most reasonable prices for what you get (we stay in a knotty pine cottage). I love how the grounds are kept (they left a lot of trees around the property, where as with some places they cut a lot of them down). Great owners and friendly staff. Family friendly as well (this particular place gets families, but not as much as other places). I've stayed here 2 or 3 times (although I hadn't been up to Lake George in 4 years before this year...... I have stayed at 2 other places on Lake George....Capri and the Juliana - 7 times at Capri and once at the Juliana). Can't wait to come back!
