Had plenty of clothes that haven't seen the outside of the closet that are rejected because "wear and brand" which really seems like an excuse for having pretentious attitudes and terrible service. It's a second hand store trying to present itself as a bougie high scale store. Don't sell here.

Are you kidding me?? You argued with a review over a last name? I was about to head in there to try to sell some clothes, I have been hesitant because of thr vibe in there. I have purchased at this location a couple times but the employees were very as another put it "Mean Girl" vibes. Pro tip be nice to reviewers even if you don't agree, you have every right to defend the situation but that was so bad, I'm embarrassed for you. HOLY MONKEY I just read more and you are soooo unprofessional with these reviews! As a social media manager of 2 small businesses in Vancouver, this is bananas. Why be so petty and rude reply with dignity, this makes you look so bad again extreme 2nd had embarrassment for your store.

This place is terrible. Dropped some clothes off to see what they'd take. After hanging out for 30 minutes, our drop-off was untouched. We headed home knowing they would call us when they were done & we would head back. Over 2.5 hours later they sent a text (20 minutes before they close). We couldn't make it on such short notice so we called to see if we can pick it up in the morning. Nope. We got the manager, who said we have to be there or they will get rid all our clothes. She didn't care about anything & had a pretty rough attitude. After calling her out on their short notice notification being super sus, she said 'well we text people 5 mins before we close all the time & they need to be here or we get rid of their stuff too'. Terrible customer service & their habit of texting people right before they close seems suspiciously predatory

Always disappointed. This is the last time I will allow myself to come to this place. Literally the f-ing worst place ever. I don't know who trains the buyers to "buy" the clothes... ummm they need help. Customer service was super fake. So much attitude from the workers. Maybe work on being nice and actually looking at the clothes people bring in! I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my family or friends and I even told a girl walking in with 3 bags, she shouldn't waste her time with this place. People walking into to Goodwill deserve your clothes more than Platos closet. (:
