Apartments are spacious, modern and clean, Lori the apt manager is amazing. People are for the most part kind and welcoming. The laundry facilities are a joke. Ancient but expensive (but at least they have laundry facilities on site). Good location but can be noisy. The only problem I have is the building fire alarm goes off at LEAST once a month which means the entire building has to vacate and stand outside until the firemen arrive to shut off the alarm of yet another false alarm. I strongly suspect it's the cafe that shares the building yet nothing has been done about it for years. That really is the only problem I have with miracles club. I do overall like it here and every apartment building has its cons.

I absolutely love this place. I'm looking forward to trying their cafe being I've heard it's delicious food. But the people you meet there are very caring and kind. If your looking for a meeting or just some encouragement and your on MLK, I'd recommend you stop in and talk to someone there.
