NEVER NEVER NEVER have I ever been treated with such a lack of professionalism and care for a customer in my life!!!! I checked into my appointment a few minutes early, only to wait 30 minutes, not acknowledged once while sitting there, to have to ask the receptionist why I've already been waiting for 30 minutes when I made an appointment. The response is, well she's running behind, she says it'll be about another 25 minutes!!! I literally made an appointment for to TRIM my hair and yet I'm expected to wait an hour past my appointment time. I understand running a little behind, but an hour?!?! And to act like it's no big deal just means that they do this kind of stuff all the time. Not only did they lose a potential new customer, who loves to do crazy colors and such, and never minds paying for quality, but now I have every intention of letting everyone I know just how unprofessional this place is. Don't waste your time making an appointment, apparently if you're not already a patron, you don't matter!!!!

I had a horrible experience with a stylist in Fort Plain. I emailed Nikki right after my bad cut and she was able to fit me in right away. After my cut at Nikkie Marie's my hair looked so much better. My stylist Courtney was such a sweetheart and really easy to talk to. At the end of my appointment with Courtney I booked another hair appointment AND a lash extension appointment.

Cannot say enough about how amazing these women are! My daughter and I have both been transformed recently, and have them to thank! From the second you walk in, you are welcome and comfortable. It's a beautiful space. I offered a little guidance, but I see these women as artist of their trade and allowed them to do what they do best. I have never been happier with my hair and I am 33! I also had microblading done at their salon, and would highly recommend!!!!
