I came here for a tire repair and I completely thought that I would have to have four brand new tires do to running over a nail. The gentleman behind the desk who I cannot remember the name of I think maybe Nick or something like that, explain to me that I would not need four new tires due to it not being all wheel drive ( I have always had all wheel drive that be the reasoning why I thought I needed four new tires and not one). He could’ve easily of taken advantage of that situation but pulled me aside and showed me and explained everything to me and I ended up just repairing the one tire. I am extremely appreciative for that because not a lot of shops would’ve done that they would’ve been in it for the money. I now go there for everything that my vehicle needs instead of to my dealership. I love honesty.

I brought my car in in the late afternoon without an appointment to have a flat tire repaired. The rep at the desk was very helpful. I was in and out with a new tire within 90 minutes. Excellent service.

Both times expected to pay more for the service performed and would have, but instead they charged me much less. Rare this day not to take advantage of a situation. Once again I had an unexpected problem with my car, at a time when I had just one car. I came by as they were closing and they said if I could get it there the next day they could take it in and take care of it. Well I couldn't get it there till late that afternoon. They took it in and had it fixed that night. I bring both of my cars to this shop for muffler, tires and a few other calamities that I've experienced and they are always quick to take it in and set me up with an appointment and get the work done. I've never really had any problem from any of the work they've done. The people who work here are always congenial and friendly and seem very serious about trying to help me out. I'm always impressed by this shop!
