I first brought my computer into best buy and they they told me it would be $90 just to ship my computer out for diagnosis then they would tell me the cost of parts and labor and need to keep my laptop for 4-6 weeks. I work from home at the moment and need my computer for my job and the price was outrageous. I stopped at Computer outlet in baldwinsville to see what they said and they allowed me to pay for the part, then keep my computer until the part came in. He had it for one day and I only had to pay for the part and labor. So much better than if I would've sent it to geek squad. I highly recommend them, they were fast and efficient, worked with me so I didn't have to miss work. I am very happy with their service and (hopefully I won't have to go back there) but if I do have any problems this is where I will go from now on.
