The people were nice, but the food was not very good. Also, when I checked my receipt, they had rounded up my order as a donation. While I have no problem donating to the Ronald McDonald house, I was not asked if I would like to first.

Staff typically seems to have great difficulty reading and following instructions. Typically the food has been under headlamps for way too long or wait time is up to 20 minutes for fresh, hot food. If it wasn't for the desire of our autistic son, it most certainly wouldn't be an establishment we'd ever patronize... and such problems seem to be corporate chain wide. Very Sad
