I want to preface this by saying I love the staff at this location, everyone is very helpful and friendly. I don’t think this issue has anything to do with the staff, however the massive amount of freshly delivered inventory that is blocking the majority of the aisles in this location makes it difficult to shop here. Almost every time I visit this location, 2/3 of the aisles have huge pallets of inventory stacked floor to ceiling making it impossible to browse or retrieve items. Maybe corporate management needs to get a stock team hired or get a larger delivery area set up? Love this store, but these issues need to be addressed.

My dog has been seizure free for years it is controlled with medication and prescription food. Petco will not groom him even with a letter from the vet. I find this very discriminatory. They should at least have this policy clearly stated on website so you don’t have to wait a month for a appointment before finding out.

Employee was knowledgeable and extremely helpful . I couldn't find what I needed and she very quickly remedied that problem with a smile!

The aquatic team at this location deserves a raise- I'm dead serious Petco. They keep the cleanest, healthiest aquariums in town. Serious fish keepers know how a single new infected fish can decimate a whole tank, and these folks are the only people in town I trust to sell me fish. Give them more money. If y'all let them quit, I start buying all my pet supplies elsewhere.
