I'm sure all of the employees are awesome. But this review and shout out are to the 4 or 5 that run the front. They are amazing and put s smile on my face every single time I'm in there. Ryan is great friendly caring and genuine and jus glows and passes his glow along. And Dave always has an answer to a any question. I may need and is very kind.. we got Rhonda who is such a sweet heart and so caring and Genuine and goes I UT of her way to make sure I n know she cares and helps I'm any way she can. And we got the kid. Who's smile is contagious. He's caring but straight to the point and last but not least we got Amanda who's smile brightens the room she is genuine and caring and helps with what she can. ALL of them remember me by name and greet me with friendly hi everytime I walk on there. They go and check my mail for me. And have a caring conversation or answer and question or concern I may have. I look forward to go I ng and seeing them snd some days they help get thru the day. Very amazing staff and they all need a raise. I'm beyond grateful to them. The little things are what matters.

I mailed a Christmas card to an address on White Mountain Road. I just received it back saying "there was no mail receptacle to leave the mail in. This is NOT true! There is a mailbox & a large contain for packages to be put in for this address. The mail delivery person who has this route is just too lazy to come down their drive and deliver the mail. And I just had another incident with the same message. I mailed a package to them that was to be delivered on December 30th. Using the tracking # I got when I mailed the package, I checked and it says it was to be held at the post office per customer request. This is also NOT TRUE! When I called the post office the clerk said there was a message from the mail carrier saying the same thing - there was no mail receptacle. He/she is just too lazy to drive down the (plowed) driveway and deliver it. This is ridiculous! Get out and do your job!!!!!

Pure incompetence. Tracking said they delivered an expensive item that can spoil in the heat and now we have to wait until Monday (it’s Saturday) to even address it. The post office never even came here. I’m sick of the incompetent people who work for USPS. They can’t do a basic, basic, brainless job correctly.

The staff is accommodating, I always come in with a bunch of pre-paid packages and they're always eager to take them from me.

as long as its a bank branded, Visa/Mastercard
Yes, you may absolutely do that. Leave your mail carrier a note or request a hold slip. A hold request may also be done online at usps.com.
