Had a wonderful experience with Good Neighbor Tire today. We had a nail in one of our rear tires with a slow leak. I called to make an appointment and they were about to take my car in, even though they were very busy, and patch the tire within a matter of hours. When I went to pick it up, they wouldn't even accept payment! Very friendly and efficient service, we will definitely be back. Special thanks to Allen for taking good care of us :)

These guys are great. They are very professional, very efficient and very fair. They took me in for a flat tire without an appointment, got me in and out within an hour. They keep you updated via text or email and don't try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. I recommend them highly

They provided pictures and detailed descriptions and explanations of what was going on with my car. Being newly moved to Portland and being entirely on my own, they worked hard to ensure my car was drivable and safe to do so and worked with my budget so generously. We've bought several sets of tires here and they've always been prompt with regards to service and prioritizing work that our vehicles would need. I recently had a flat tire that they repaired and changed for me the same morning I brought it in despite their bays being full of cars. Very helpful.
