Came in for a tire rotation and one of the tires had a slow leak. Told the gal up front I wanted a spare on the back. She said she would quote me and I said just do it I don't care about the cost and it looked like she understood. So I come back after they called me and told me it was ready. NO SPARE on the back and a note that one of center caps was missing and they asked me if I had it lying around somewhere. It was not missing you guys broke it or lost it. I checked all those tires right before I went to Les Schwab and that cap was there. Never had issues with Les Schwab but then I remembered that's because I always go to the one in CDA. Do better. Poor communication and dishonest about making a simple mistake.

I've always loved this location. They get busy in Spring and Fall for seasonal tire changes, but any other time of year they provide quick service and experienced advice.

Worst les schwaab I've ever been to. Took car in to repair hole in tire and they didn't even look at it. Wanted 200 bucks for a battery that was 80 bucks at Costco and 28 bucks for four tires to look at them even though we purchased tires at another les schwaab. Highly doubt they even looked at the tires since they were so focused on gouging for the battery.... taking it to the airway heights location...waaay better customer service
