Uh nope... Never again. They recently rebranded to a Safeway and with that seems to have come the "Safeway attitude" we used to see at 29th. Walked in tonight and the first interaction was with a person cooking chicken in the deli. We walked up and waited and when she did eventually acknowledge us it was with serious "stink-eye." So bad in fact, that I told my wife, let's go ahead and move on.. Only person there... obviously unhappy with helping or speaking to customers. Well, the next two interactions were not good either. Sorry folks... Fancy branding and paint do nothing when you are trying to run a neighborhood grocery store with unhappy people. I so miss our Albertsons on 37th and Grand.

My husband and I got some groceries today and had our first bad experience. The person working the self check out stand this evening needs a complete attitude adjustment. Your card machines weren’t reading, and we asked for help. Your employee muttering curse words as they walked away was not only rude, but very unprofessional. We apologize for interrupting your employee from socializing instead of working, that’s our bad. We shop at Rosauers often, but after this experience, we will be going to Safeway.

Great grocery store. A little higher priced but it's all good. Nice friendly staff. Great meat department.

This store is really nice and wonderfully stocked. Very clean and well laid out designs for maximum shopping experience. Self checkout stations make for a speedy exit and cashiers are always around helping out. The employees are also very friendly, almost too friendly.
