No customer support here. In about five years, our screen doors became very difficult to open and close. I called in to buy new rollers and they told me I was on my own because they do not sell to the public. In other words, they do not back up their product and could care less if I find new parts or not. My email to Connor McVay was blocked.

This company has no business selling windows because they have no resources or capacity to service what they sell. It’s been almost 2 years waiting for them and still no luck. Out of all 4 crank windows they sold none work. Their service and customer service is an absolute joke. Don’t get duped by a warranty that means nothing. Use anyone but this company! I’ve built 6 houses and I’ve never had this many problems with faulty materials and a non responsive company. Should had gone with the cheaper option, Amco.

I've been selling vinyl windows for over ten years. As a retail lumber yard we help our clients pick the correct window with the best options they are seeking within their budget. Although we have had minor issues, ie damage in transit, they have always stood behind their product and given me the confidence to sell their product and stand behind it 100%. I have no worries when it comes to their service or quality. Their sales rep Toni Allen is extremely responsive and professional and is hands down the BEST vinyl window rep I've ever had. I've sold Ply Gem, Alside, Milgard, and Minkota and her service is second none which is why Coeur d'Alene Window Co. is our preferred vinyl window of choice. Thank you for all that you do for us!
