First off, the bed was clean and comfortable, but the furniture and rug looked like it came directly from the dump. The chair was full of stains over the entire seating area and arms. The carpet was filled with pills, pulls, and stains. The window sheers were ripped in a couple places, one at least a foot long. It was very disappointing. Will not return.

Nice location next to the Akwesasne Mohawk Casino. The room was clean, staff was polite and helpful. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the room had a wet smell when we first got there. It was a Jacuzzi room so it may be cause the rug got wet before our stay. We would stay there again.

Hotel was nice enough, service was average... Couldn't reach the hotel (because of weather) until following day after original planned sign-in. The hotel cancelled the "non-cancellable" reservation *without informing me*, and then billed for the whole reservation (which is understandable), but then billed for the actual stay as well on top of that. Called hotel, forwarded to the Manager, was hung up on. Emailed the hotel and customer service, am waiting for a reply... One star until this is resolved. Edit 2/11/2022: Hotel manager agreed to refund second billing and explained hotel practices. Waiting to see that come through... Edit 3/8/2022: Got our refund for the extra stay. Giving 5 stars for getting this taken care... though the hotel itself was average at best, nothing special, also didn't have the promised breakfast

It was a nice stay. It was comfortable. The girl that checked me in did not know what she was doing or just didn't care. Usually they will say when check out is. There was a card on file and she wanted me to Swipe another card but I did not.
