Called to make a pick up order. They said it'll take 25 minutes, that's fine, placed my order and waited. Drove over there 25 minutes after calling to pick up our food. Someone comes out after we've been waiting 5 minutes, asks for our name to bring out our order, we give it to them.... Wait another 20 minutes still nothing. Try calling again to see whats happening. They don't pick up. We say whatever, leave to go get food in Cornwall. They call me two hours later to tell me "The food was ready when you got there, then you just drove away on us." What? Then why did we wait another 25 minutes on top of the 25 minutes from when we called the order in? Again, I even called before we left and they didn't pick up. Didn't try to go in because of their Covid rules, they don't want any customers inside, so they bring the food out. So I try to explain what happened and I get cut off, I try explaining again and get cut off with an "OK BYE". Then was hung up on. I genuinely used to love this place and get food there all the time, but this is the second time I was screwed over.

The tempora was good. The waitress was unskilled. An hour and a half wait for a meal with 3 children is unacceptable. 2 if our meals didn't come to the table. Until we were walking out the door and one of those meals was made wrong. And all we received was an off hand apology and a full price bill. And a weak excuse.

Service was slow. There were 4 people in the restaurant and they all were served before my party of 5. Even though the kids meal ordered was brought out first. Our food was about a 45 minute wait. Before going to the restaurant we viewed their online menu and when we got to the restaurant none of the stuff in their website was available. They had no vegetarian or vegan options like their website suggested. The kids got their meal before everyone else and sat and while everyone else ate. Then the teriyaki chicken was absolutely horrible. I was going to send it back to make a point but my friend said he would just eat it later. When I mentioned this to the manager when leaving all she suggested was to come back another time and try something else. However, I will not be back.
