The old manager was an absolute disgrace, even for Rutland. That kid is was was incapable of working the McDonald’s drive through, let alone managing a kfc. what an absolute shame.

Food is good in general and everything has been good during my visit here until today, June 8. My s/o and I ordered 2 chicken crispy colonels and they gave us these literal palm sized lame excuses for chicken sandwiches. We asked for BBQ sauce for the tenders my s/o ordered and I said with my own mouth, "put in a couple of extra BBQ sauces in there please" Not A single Packet.

Went a couple weeks ago and they screwed up our order by putting corn in a bowl we asked them not to put corn in. Brushed it off, no big deal. Next time we went, we informed them of the error and THEY DID IT AGAIN. It was corrected before we left, however. But then when we got home, we realized the rest of the order was also wrong. Then I took a sip on my lemonade to discover it was warm with no ice. This time we went back and complained after I had called twice, being hung up on once and ignored the other. They reimbursed the part of the meal they screwed up. We will never be going back. Waste of time and money.

Oh my gawd, this visit was awful! First of all, the place opens at 10:30, but the doors weren't unlocked until 10 minutes to 11. I came in for KFC to make good on a shorted to go order from a few days prior. The rep was very kind and attentive, but it took the crew 10 more minutes to put my order together. The store is always cold and the lighting is dim. This makes the already-dingy restaurant hard to bear. Every visit it seems more people take their food to go than to sit in. This was once an enjoyable alternative to the limited fast food selections in Rutland. Now it's just another place to avoid. I gave 3 stars for the attentiveness of the person who greeted me (I believe she is the new GM).
