The location is absolutely perfect - a quick walk to the waterfront and to Church Street. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I love that there is a beverage station on every floor - I was especially excited by still and sparkling water on tap. We enjoyed using the Hotel’s bikes. Get a lake view room for a spectacular view. Staff were friendly. There is a corn hole area and a big fire pit with comfortable furniture. We received a free beverage at the bar every night and were pleasantly surprised by champagne, bread, & cheese upon our arrival! Only area of improvement is a bigger and colder mini fridge. Love this hotel!

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly. I went here for a conference and the staff was so helpful and answered all of my questions. They have a parking garage (which you do have to pay for but it is very reasonable) so your car is not out in the open or just on the street. There was a massive amount of parking. The hotel itself was nice. There were beautiful seating areas and there was plenty of room for everyone. Overall the staff was so kind and the hotel was very clean.

Our team absolutely loved this venue! Breakout spaces to get work done, beautiful views of Lake Champlain, easy access to the town center (we could walk), and so many amazing dining options. The suits and rooms all have a free coffee bar on every floor. You can tell this hotel was recently renovated (2022).

Hotel is in a great location! We were easily able to walk to all of the nearby breweries, restaurants, bars, and shops. The digital key was a great feature and very easy to use. I also loved the coffee and water station nearby our room. The coffee was much tastier than what you typically get from in-room coffee machines. The only downside was that our room was a bit small and had a kind of musty smell to it.
