07/2022 - I decided to give this another try after almost a year of avoiding this location as it is conveniently located on my way to work. I've tried it a few more times since then. So far so good. Everything seems to have done a 360. Pretty much always stocked up now with great customer service. I love the lady that works in the morning she's super friendly and so far Macedon now seems to have some of the best made food and drink out of the other stores I have recently visited. I'm not sure what they did to change things around but I hope they keep up the good work. 10/2021 - It's conveniently located and in an easy to get to spot but this dunkin sucks, employees can be iffy. I never know what type of service I'm gonna get. Occasionally it's amazing other days employees are rude and have unlikable personalities. They are always out of the things I like. Last 3 trips there they didn't have the only things I order. Pretty much gave up on this location. Last visit I waited in line 15 minutes to be told they didn't have the butter pecan frozen coffee flavor or the Boston cream donuts I wanted. I ended up going to the one in Palmyra to get my food instead. They are always stocked up.

I don't have any issues at this Dunkin. Service is quick and staff is friendly. I haven't had the issue of an order being made wrong and I have ordered here quite frequently.

Sat in the drive thru for 22 minutes! When I got to the order spot I waited 5 minutes before anyone took my order. Then they made my drink incorrectly because the kid was talking to a friend who already had her order. When I got to the payment window and asked what the problem was, I was told "short-handed." Not their fault. It's the lazy people who won't go to work!

Besides the fact that the drive-thru line is always very long (they may be a little slow) But this morning I asked for a plain bagel breakfast sandwich and they stated they were out of plain bagels (weird for 10am) but I switch to a sesame. When I got the window, the woman stated that they just finished baking new plain bagels if I would like to switch back. I thought that was a nice touch
