I have shopped here a few times and it is always great and so are the employees. Yesterday when I went though, I got the best help ever. I wish I could remember their name, but when they checked me out for a cage and small vibrator, she offered to show me a new, similar vibrator that was a couple of dollars more expensive but stronger/better that they had but just had not put on the shelves yet. Holy cow was she right! The product I was purchasing I had a couple of times before, but the product she showed and reccomended has blown me away! especially for the price. So to the person who checked me out thank you and I wish I were better with names!

Staff here is very friendly and have a lot of knowledge. I will spend a lot of money on gear here. Perhaps the mask helped, but I was comfortable talking to the cashier. She was a good saleswoman. She even "handcuffed" me when I was looking at restraints. My business was won, and I'll be back.

Store with everything. Very knowledgeable all female staff go out of their way to make shy or awkward ladies and couples feel more confident and secure about their intimate purchases. Definitely a plus to handle the goods before you buy, something you don't get online. Plus, no awkward Amazon history for your kids to find.
