Beautiful produce, lots of organic options. Beautiful baked goods and other crafted products(kombucha, cheeses, distilled goods, meat products, etc.). Supposed to be no dogs allowed but no one enforced it. Hot foods to eat as well. Pine state biscuits without the hour wait!

Great place to support local farms and businesses. They had live music part of the time I was there. Some of the produce is overpriced but I was able to find the most of the weeks groceries for close to store prices. If you see round house hummus OMG try it it was the best hummus I've had in years.

One of my favorite farmers markets in the world. You can spend hours here just meeting the vendors, tasting, eating and listening to music.

I had a great time at the farmers market! They have great music, lots of organic and local produce and quite a few local restaurants/businesses bringing their food and wares. There is a good amount of parking (I parked in the parking garage - $6 for the whole day - not bad). They do close at 2 pm, so get there early and make a day of it!

PFM accepts online vendor interest forms throughout the season. If invited to apply, new vendor applications are sent out at the beginning of the year, usually in the first two weeks of January. To find out how you can apply to become a vendor, visit the Become a Vendor section of their website.
Pets are not allowed at PFM's two busiest downtown markets: Saturdays at PSU and Wednesdays at Shemanski Park, both located in the South Park Blocks. Pets are welcome at their other markets: Sundays at King, Sundays at Lents International, Mondays at Pioneer Courthouse Square, and Wednesdays at Kenton.
