Bob was extremely personable and helpful. Service was performed promptly, no “upselling”. Service dept. rotated my tires at no cost along with recommendations to replace a couple of my tires. No pressure to buy their tires; in fact Bob made recommendations for other dealers. In summary: friendly, timely, comfortable waiting are. Service performed as promised. Would recommend this dealer.

We bought a Groupon coupon for honest one. We have been able to use it once. We have scheduled about 5 times. However there always seems to be a problem when we go to check in, usually with the schedule. It seems that if your not paying full price you are unimportant. My wife and I have scheduled at 3 locations and have had an issue every time we show up. Twice now we tried to schedule on the phone and was never added to the schedule. At all the locations I can't recall a positive experience. Not one. The staff are narcissistic and rude. They only help if you are bringing in money. If you buy a coupon on Groupon or a similar site, you will be hard pressed to get honest one too honor it. Because of this, we are no longer using honest ones services. We don't have money to waste but we are going to count the sixty bucks we spent at Groupon as a loss. I DO NOT recommend this company.
