Atten Silver Sneaker members. This place will accept silver sneakers but will charge you for other amenities such as the pool and jacuzzi (which is not allowed to be used currently). They raised their price during covid so if you wish to use their full services aka executive it is now 20 dollars per month. -The staff are friendly for the most part and the place is clean. This is a business and you are a number. There are other gyms that accept silversneakers and don't try to find loop holes to charge a fee. Edit- I have checked around at a few other gyms in the local area and the clackamas county regarding pool and jacuzzi covid restrictions. There are other gyms and pools including the aquatic center that are open and don't tell their customers that the closures are due to covid. I had someone I know as about this and was told that it is up to the owner of Eastside athletic club. So a recap- they find loop holes to skirt the regulations of medicare silversneakers program, they reduce services and blame it on covid while other gyms are open and allowed to use the same facilities, and they charge you more during covid. However they have friendly sales staff that are willing to sell you upgrades.

HORRIBLE experience and I hadn't even signed up yet- And won't be! Today I had a tour at 6pm. I had to call and change the time to 6:30pm as dad wasn't home yet to watch the little one. They were kind to adjust the time. However, when I arrived at 6:30pm, Katie was incredibly rude. She couldn't do the tour anymore and told me to come back another day and walked off, like no big deal. She acted like she didn't want my business, and that's ok, because she isn't going to get it. I got home, called 24hr fitness and now my four family members will be apart of their gym! And even better, they are cheaper! Everything happens for a reason!!

Most the younger staff working there is very nice and friendly. I can't say the same about over the hill women that works there some of them anger, depressed, jealous, and hateful face. I try to schedule appointment to sign up my granddaughter swimming lessons 3 time I got cancelled. I heard so much about this how they are so good with kids.
