Absolutely amazing experience! I purchased my car almost 1 year ago, the buying experience was wonderful, but here is where it gets really good. Almost a year later I had a warning light come on, I took it to Jaguar because it was still under manufacture warranty. Jaguar called and told me that it would not be covered under my warranty due to an error that was made while changing the oil. I called CarMax to see what my options were because I had not changed the oil on the car. CarMax contacted Jaguar, Jag sent over pictures and documents and within one day I got a call back telling me that they were authorizing Jaguar to do the repairs and they would be covering the costs. The gentleman I spoke to was apologetic and told me if there was anything else I needed to call back! I was absolute amazed! No yelling, getting mad, or talking with supervisors. No pleading my case or trying to prove that it wasn't me who changed the oil. Just we are sorry and we are going to make it right. They have diffidently gained a loyal customer and I will most diffidently be back for my next vehicle.

I was so happy with my experience. I provided my information online on a car I was interested in and shortly received a call from Zachary. He helped me find a few other vehicles that met my criteria, one that was better than what I had in mind, and booked an appointment for the next day. It was nice knowing that the car would be reserved for me so there was no wondering if it would still be there by the time I arrived. When I arrived, Marcus promptly attended to my appointment. He was friendly and attentive. The best part is that I absolutely love the car, it exceeded my expectations and had the right price point. The paperwork for financing and purchasing was the most streamlined I have ever experienced at a dealership. The only recommendation I have is that CarMax change to a touchpad or e-Pen option for signatures as signing with a mouse is clumsy and I didn't recognize my handwriting. CarMax has it figured out. Highly recommend.

This is our fourth car purchase from Clackamas CarMax, and it gets easier and more fun every time we go. Tom was extremely friendly, helpful and diligent. We traded in our car for a very fair price, and I'm always a huge fan of their ability to take car of every bit of paperwork, including all the DMV stuff!

I’ve purchased two cars from this location and worked with many different team members and I have no reservations about returning. The process of transferring the car from out of state was seamless.
