RIDICULOUSLY AWESOME PLACE! Some of the fanciest selections of rocks and gems. All for a very reasonable price as well. 10/10 recommend.

First off, the wall outside with a bunch of minerals is genius, sets and shows the mood to expect when you walk in, as soon as you do, to your right there are beautiful minerals, some I've never seen. Prices are fair, and they have some very cool specimens. I got a rutilated quartz piece for 20$, a steal considering the size and I've never seen one in person before. Will always come back here.

Awesome place. You can't beat the prices. A wonderful variety of stones both in raw, slab, and finished stones. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. They even have a large assortment of seashells and petrified wood.

A lot of beautiful rocks and minerals. They have shells, pendants, and many other rocks and minerals. Photos are of some of my favorites.

I was there last november. I know they sell it, but I don't know if they buy it. You just should go and make an offer!
What type of stones? Send a picture and it would be easier to answer that. I'm a silver Smith.and cut my stones from the raw stones. Not interested in agates unless high quality
That not really a question about them it's more a question for them. They're super friendly. I'd either call or just go there and ask.
Yes they do.... it is sold by the pound....a few dollars a pound....it's been awhile since I bought some to carve...😁
I may be interested.
Not sure everytime I pass by looks like no one been there for a while
I am not so sure about the petrified because they already have such a large selection. They do buy stock so if you have something nice you can always ask.
They sell, but I do not know if they buy. You'll have to call them.
Some
Possibly, if not they may be able to refer you or cut one for you
No, I don't think they do anything like that... You could call and ask if they know anyone, They sell supplies to jewelry makers, or look on ETSY.
No, they might have some petrified wood.
Yes, they reopened a few weeks ago. The place is great and the prices are really affordable, enjoy!
Ya l haven't had any issues with this store...in fact they have told me more about stones than I've read in most books....And yes they do have Oregon Sunstones.
Ed's doesn't really buy stuff.....they sell .... You could try E-bay or Offer-Up...look up stores that buy jewelry...i think there's one on 20th and Sandy blvd.....i think....look around....good luck!
They don't usually buy from private collections....but ya can always call them and get it straight from them....😊
Not sure, but how much are you hoping to get? I'm interested if the price is in my budget.
I would assume that you could walk in and ask someone behind the counter. They'll have the best answer.
They buy all types but you would have to go in and show them.
Your best bet is to take it down to them & may be able to help you identify the stone. Good luck!
Most likely...give them a visit or a call.
They do have a small amount of facets and other jewelry making items, though I'm unsure of what extent their product amount is.
A large variety of gems, stones and rocks. Jewelry accessories to build necklaces etc. Also little velvet bags with drawstrings to protect your gems
Yes and as I understand it Eds is the most accurate in town.
This is asking the general public. For a question like that just call them.
Yes they have a stone cutting saw. They can cut it for you for a fee or a piece of the stone. They also carry saws and polishing equipment for purchase.
You can probably try one of the rock clubs.
Find a local rock group or forum and ask there.
I agree with Teresa. If they can't I bet they'll have suggestions
Not that i know of call and see if they don't they can probaly tell you who does
Best bet is to call the store or bring it into the store ask them in person. If your unable to call or go in find a local rock group or online forum ask there. This is for focusing on Ed's House of Gems.
They will help you out so check with them
Definitely sells... Have to call or Facebook message them about buying.
Yes, they send them out to get cut. 5 bucks a cut. You'll have to go there and they'll explain how they can do it and how you would like them to cut your rock.
Yup
As a customer I've never requested this so I'm not sure. Contact the store directly to find out.
$5 a cut. They send it out to get cut.
You are going to have to call them directly to have your question answered.
