New management is lazy and don’t care about the well being of the tenants. The building says their tenants cannot install their own security system but there’s an apartment that has one. There is so much traffic in and out of said apartment. With different groups entering and leaving the apartment at all times(even after midnight). It’s ridiculous and disgusting how the so called management has not done anything about it. Oh but they’ll evict a person for having family stop by to check on them because they were disabled.

I love my home at Indian Springs. I love that they have a playground for my little one to play on, and a dog park for my fur babies to run and play. This is the first apartment complex to offer me and my husband both of those amenities. My patio is big enough for me to have a cute design and my apartment is great and spacious. The maintenance did a great job on my apartment and responding to work orders in a timely manner. The leasing staff was completely friendly and very helpful. I would most definitely recommend this place to live. Thanks for all the hard work keeping my home surrounding safe and pleasurable to live.

Unsafe for my children to live. I called to report a neighbor with a gun next door and it clearly states in my lease that guns are prohibited on the property. Nothing was done about it. Staff in the office is always rude and they constantly do not fix things appropriately in my apartment that I pay 1,035.00 monthly for. I have three water leaks since I moved into this complex. my carpet is disgusting and my appliances are as well. They painted over staining on my stove and all that paint chipped off. not happy living here. Trying to get out as soon as possible. not worth the headache or prices they are a charging for outdated looking apartment that looked the same since the early 2000s.

Horrible at repairs. When i called to get maintenance to fix ac. I was told they do not do ac repairs till it is consistently hot outside even though it was a 85 degrees when i called. They did not offer to put me on a waiting list for ac repairs. When it was consistently high i called and was told there is now a list for ac repairs. When i ask for a time frame for the repair i keep getting the run around. They say it will be a couple days. It has already been a week of 85+ degree weather with no AC.
