I am always pleased with this CVS, friendly staff, clean store, great minute clinic, etc…. Although yesterday I was at the Minute Clinic & they needed a urine sample. The sweet nurse unlocked the bathroom door & I wanted to throw up. Disgusting!!! I even had a mask on & the smell was unbearable. It was so dirty in there. When I got back to the room I told her that was worse than a truck stop bathroom. She was fully aware of that & embarrassed that is what they have there. She said she cleans it when she has time even though it’s not her job, it embarrasses her to let customers in. To me that says CVS doesn’t appreciate their employees enough to give them a clean restroom? They’re working hard & deserve that! I asked the cashiers who I could talk to about it. They said it used to get cleaned daily by a company but now it’s once a week. Come on CVS corporate, your employees deserve a clean restroom! That is not your employees job, they’re all busy!

I go to CVS quite often and they have the best customer service! Specifically a very polite employee named Tara. She has answered all my questions and helped me find items while the re-model is going on. When I go to CVS and see her I get happy because I know she will be friendly and helpful towards me and all the customers she helps. I hope someone who is above her sees this and gives her a raise for all her hard work. She is the reason I will rate CVS 5 stars.
