Will you sell this car wash to me so it can perform the way a car wash should? Pitiful management. Facility falling down, out dated by decades, no communication with ANYONE from the business. This is literally the only way to contact (maybe). Do not attempt to call the phone number on the card reading machine, it will call a carwash business in Michigan City that has no affiliation with Lighthouse Carwash. Disgrace. In fact, I shouldn't have to buy this business, you should pay ME to take it out of your hands.

I went thru the wash to get some of the snow and salt off of my vehicle, and bought the most expensive package thinking it would be the best one. However, after soaping up my car and barely rinsing it, as the sprayer must not have been working correctly, the dryer didn't even come on as I was pulling forward and out of the building!! Very disappointed ☹️!!

Do not Patronize. Paid $12 It did not rinse my car left my car covered with soap phone number to call is a fax machine or something you can’t get through, can’t get a refund notice no attend it nobody here to help, don’t use unless you want to leave the soap on your car.

What you read is what you get. The "underbody wash" only lasts for half of your car before it shuts off, the soap and spray doesn't touch the back window of my Envoy leaving it dirty, there was still a ton of soap coming out of the arm even during the rinse blast and the spot free rinse quit before it ever got past the front doors. My car was still covered in grime after the $10 wash. To the owner who thinks this is good practice: I get that you want to save money by not wasting water or product by overwashing vehicles...but read these reviews! It's not cleaning the cars! You want to save money by not being wasteful? I'm not going to waste money and save myself the headache. The car wash on Pine Lake that you allegedly recommended to another disgruntled customer does the job. I'll spend the extra few dollars there.
