I keep going back to McDonald's and I'm not sure why. No matter what McDonald's restaurant I end up at it seems there's always something wrong with my order. This time I observed a lady in drive-thru putting her finger down inside of my chocolate shake as she was topping it off with whipped cream. Yes her finger was covered with whipped cream which she promptly wiped off on her uniform. Shortly afterwards, before handing me my chocolate shake, she wiped her runny nose with the same finger. Yuck!

The food is hardly fresh unless you're going when there's a long line and they have to cook, you always have this older lady who had her hands in her pants while serving you your food. (Complained about how unsanitary that is, but obviously not a problem to thenm.) staff is rude when you let them know the order is wrong, just always a terrible experience. Can't wait till Culver's is opened.

Didn't care to be an employee and take our own order but we didn't have a choice since BK's doors were locked at 10:00AM. Entered our order on McD's germ filled kiosk since no one was manning/womaning the register. No condiments displayed so I ate the slippery ham egg and cheese sans salt and pepper rather than to ask the overburdened staff. Must not be enough staff to even clean the restroom cause the floor had a puddle of urine on it.

Dirty, nasty, sticky, gross... If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The urinal looked like someone took a dump in it and someone might have as the toilet was out of order. There was mold growing on the soda fountain and there were no supplies stocked for customer use in dining room dispensers. The staff was short with us and the food was not up to McDonald's standards. It's no wonder there was a sign posted which told us to not take photos inside the restaurant. They know it's nasty and don't want people to have proof of it.
