My experience was bad from check in when I got there no one was at the desk a sign on the phone side to hit the button to get help. Their was a worker in the Dinning room folding towels she saw me walk in but just keeper folding towels after a min I hit the call button and she gave me a dirty looked and came to check me in. The hotel had a funny smell to it and when I got to my room their was still dirt and hair on the floor. It was hard for me to open the door , the dead bolt didn't even work and the security lock only had one part to it so I couldn't lock my door at all. My room smelled and the shower curtain had stains on it and so did the carpet it had stains and like burn makes. I checked out the next day and the gentleman insisted he knew for a fact that that room was clean. The girl at the desk and him keep giving me dirty looks very rude.

Checked in to room. A/c was noisy, room has paint on about everything from maintenance. Front desk checked into another room, also had a non working A/c unit, Switched to a 3rd room that was a noisy unit as well and same conditions as previous room. Very sloppy with paint, curtains have holes in them, lack of full body towels, cheapos from Walmart. Also had to manage front desk telling me there was no hot water till sometime the next day do to a boiler problem! The front desk guy is nice but overwhelmed, he cannot offer any adjustments on room stay or refunds! The hallways on floor are also hot because they do not like to run ac ans want to save money. There is also a hint of Asian food smell, just want to let people know if you book through choice there will be no refund. One of the perks is, if your lucky enough to get a 3rd floor facing the economy inn next door, you can watch the drug deals and sketchy behavior! I would say I don’t recommend but better than economy, just more expensive.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. Dingy, dirty, unclean, unsafe. Odors, including tobacco/other smoke throughout. First room we were placed in had dirty sheets, should have left then. Manager swearing with the “f” bomb at the desk clerk when I went to discuss the uncleanliness. Second room, the comforter appeared as if it had been dragged across the parking lot and run over. There was someone else’s dirty underwear and garbage under the bathroom sink. Poor cleaning throughout. Broken glass all over parking lot. Side door entrance broken and door to stairs propped open with a rock. Did not feel at all safe. We will definitely not be returning to this hotel, and will find another chain before ever returning to a Comfort Inn.

The bed wasn't made, No towels when we asked for towels she brought us a small "pool" towel. When I asked if we could get a couple more towels she told me I would have to wait until she finished them! Just for reference I had a reservation and we didn't arrive until after 8PM! Closet door was broken off the closet. The jacuzzi tub (which I paid extra for that room) the plug was broken so it had to be put back together before it could be used. Some of the lights were missing bulbs. The back door to the building does not close all the way. Breakfast was a complete disaster ran out of coffee and the staff got nasty when I asked for more. Old coagulated gravy. No jelly or anything for the toast. I stay in hotels all across the country and while this is not the worst place I've ever stayed, it is the worst comfort suites I've ever stayed at!!! The place is dirty and the staff is not interested in helping their guests at all. I asked if there was a manager on duty and was told they only work during the week. Good luck if you decide to stay here. Hopefully you have a better experience
