I was there last night for my daughter's birthday, the service was horrible!! The girl kept making excuses and never apologized for her mistakes! The food was lousy and one person's order was all screwed up! The server couldn't even get the checks right! This is the worst experience I've had! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! BTW she didn't get a tip either!

First off this place is disgustingly DIRTY!!! Look at pics... All the food was cooked poorly. Burger was ordered No pink. Came out med rare. Waffle fries were ordered Extra crispy came out soggy on a plate of runny sauce that I think was supposed to be cheese sauce... My upgraded mac-n-cheese was cold. 8-10 min later after we were finally checked on I said I'd just take the vegetable which was green beans. So when they came out the wonderful cook kept them in the microwave for 2 min... Empty ice tea sat on the edge of the table while server came by 3 times. Finally I had to stop her to ask for refill... Once the raw burger was pointed out she said she was gonna take it off. BUT if we wanted a burger to go she'd take care of it for all the probelms.... NOPE there was 2 on the bill. She said she'd have to have the manager come out... The "manager" came out from the back & said "yeah I was told there's a problem" SMH Yes weren't not paying for the burger meal. Only reason we even had it is because the waitress said it would be comped. Nonwonder why it was a ghost town. Booths are disgusting! Needs pressure washed out. Paper towel dispenser broke in men's bathroom too which was also dirty... NEVER AGAIN! #shameonyouapplebees Worst one I've been to from Myrtle Beach to LA

The place was pretty quiet, but the young man told us it would be a 15-20 minute wait. Incredulously we looked around at the many open tables. He the said that they were short handed, and wasn't sitting tables back to back. We asked if we could wait at the bar until he could seat us, and he agreed. As soon as we sat down, the nicest bartender, perhaps manager (she said that she'd been there all day) immediately handed us menus, took our drink order and put our dinner order in. She was so courteous and professional! Our food came out soon, hot and delicious. My premium Long Island Ice Teas were perfectly mixed! When we get great service like she gave we tip big! My advice, have dinner at the bar!

Only reason for 2 star was the staff was amazing. Ribs barley had any meat on them, the BBQ sauce was more honey then bbq,my wife ordered chicken brocali Alfredo the chicken was over salted. In all the food was not very good.
