Well Red Dot has been around a long long long time! The service is decent but be careful with the pricing. Quoted one price over the phone but upon arrival the price had increased. His explanation was they have two shops and someone from the other shop must have picked up the phone. So, I dialed Randleman Road twice while standing there talking to him.The phone just kept ringing….Hmmmm…The numbers were different each time. Very very confusing. When calling a number, it should be that business….not say oh you must have talked to someone different. Stop, just stop…..I understand most things are going up…just be real…the sad part about it is, he told me ,”he already explained it to the” man” I was with but I the” female” was the one who called for the price….soooo……they just need better communication and meeting of the minds. And get the phone line in order! If I call Red Dot on Randleman Road, let me talk to someone on Randleman Road. That is all I ask. And females do need used tires occasionally.Respect that too! Ok, I feel better…..

Very Friendly.I took my new set of tires there to have them installed. They where quick and price was great. FYI THEY ONLY TAKE CASH

I called this morning to inquire about a tire and the size. In a manner of 6 minutes I got a Yes and the price. I promised to call when I was on the way. Only 1 customer in front of me. The gentleman made sure he found the tire and checked it thoroughly before placing it on the car.
