I live down the street from this UPS store, and with the amount of Amazon shopping my household does, we could single handedly keep them in business. I see the negative reviews, but I promise I’m in this store at least once a week and witness the interactions between the staff and their customers and they are very efficient and friendly. I think the reviews may have a snowball effect unfortunately. These guys are pros, especially in a time when a pandemic has everyone on edge and people are using UPS to send more packages than ever.

I have been going to this UPS store for the last year or so and they have been very efficient and helpful throughout the pandemic. I noticed the low ratings on here and just wanted to add that during these difficult times the staff here all seem to be working hard to help customers through quickly and thoroughly and with friendly service!

Reading through the reviews I see why Siri asked twice if I really wanted to go here. Service is not a word the people here understand. Nor the owner. A disgrace of a business. He may be fed up with people assuming he is a UPS location but as owner he has power to change that. A joke. My kids will hear the story my experience was so BAD. Avoid here. USPS, any local shipper, anywhere. But do not go to this UPS Store. Its not affiliated with corporate and everyone working here is miserable. They do not deserve a single star.
