Lovely location (though if you have difficulty with walking inclines or stairs it's hard). Staff makes efforts to provide ground level rooms if available. Close to downtown Nashville Indiana. Very clean rooms and comfortable. All staff here are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend!!

We have stayed at Hotel Nashville many times and always enjoy ourselves! We love the spacious 2 room/2 bath suites! It feels like your own apartment rather than just a hotel room. The rooms are HUGE! We LOVE being walking distance from the shops & restaurants, though we often prefer to cook our own meals in the nice hotel room kitchen. Our kids love the pool! Definitely recommended!!! Also, we just LOVED the front desk clerk! Kelly was amazing!

Rooms were spacious for rate, like an apartment. Convenient location was why we booked. Their hotel leads you right down to the shopping strip. The hotel smells very musty. I really question mold issue both in the lobby area along with pool area. They have particle board put up inside the pool area walls which appeared to be black mold. The ceiling inside the indoor pool area has many leaks coming out of the ceiling. Our biggest disappointment was the billing. They quoted us $119+ for room and tax. They applied half of this when I booked. They advised the other half would be charged upon arrival. When we woke up not only did they charge us the rate that was quoted, their computer system automatically charged us an additional $142 and change. They advised that was the normal rate and the computer accidentally put it on our card. So now attempt to credit this back, which is still pending, then throw an additional charge of $202 and change. Explaining this was the total that was minus the credits already processed. Although this probably doesn't make sense to the reader, it doesn't make sense to us either. At this point, 3 days later, we just know that we still have $142 and change that were overcharged for that is still pending. My wife and I called and they advised this will in fact fall off. My advice is to pay cash for the room if you can. Based on this experience alone and the mildew smell of an old basement, I would gladly pay more for other accommodations, even if it meant it wasn't conveniently located to the shopping area.

Nice room BUT, no longer offer breakfast, 15% discount at one local restaurant for breakfast; ran out of hot water half way through shower, pool closes at 8PM. Get away with wife for her birthday. After a day of hiking in the state park wanted to swim and get in whirlpool after dinner to ease muscles and relax, pool was locked. Last night of vacay, disappointing ending to a rare getaway. Wife compared room to a senior apartment.
