My 11 year old disabled son went to this camp for one night was bullied for size drawn on in his sleep bible stabbed and to top it of beat up he did not fight back but swore and got very mad when the bully didnt get in trouble he even ask to change cabins they told him no then called cops kicked him out of the camp told my mom at the camp they would prep better for next years return she no sooner made it home and they called her amd told her he wasnt welcome back good luck with his behavior amd finding him amother summer camp. No actions were taken on the bully and we also found out they had issues with that child last year this camp ruined my sons experienxe for summer camps and he doesnt want to participate in another one!!

Spent a week at the camp on a church mission trip. The facilities are excellent and we didn't have a bad meal all week. The staff puts on a great faith based campfire -- a really good experience.

My five-year-old son and I had a great time here at Cue Camp Mechuwana! Good food, nice staff, even comfortable beds... We definitely plan to be back next year!

I've gone to Mechuwana for Cued Speech Camp ever since 1982 save for a few years I didn't go. I love this place! The food at the commons is decent and I love the Lodge for it's games and community fun. The firepit is the best. Need more lighting around there so deaf people can see the cued speech! My favorite building is the cabin built with donations from the Stephen and Tabitha King Foundation. Thank you Mechuwana, such a blessed place.
