I checked in 7:00 p.m. and checked out 11:00 p.m. it took 5 hours to unload. If you missed your appointment you have to go back and no parking here. They also charged for lumber $580

Checked in at 5:00pm in the afternoon and now it’s 11pm. I wonder how much longer I will be here for delivery. Must say they’re entire staff needs to step up their game. As well they charged a lumper fee of $585. Takes a lot of patience to deal with this kind of situation.

Will never take a load here again! Lady at guard shack is really nice and gave me a place where I could park for the night since they will not let you stay on the property. Was late to the appointment because the shipper was slow in loading the trailer (was there for 16 hours). Would not unload me even though my dispatch let them know what was going on.

It was not half bad! I guess it’s all depends. I’ve had a 9:45 pm appointment, full load, dry from Kellogg’s. Got there at 6 pm, checked in nice and easy, parked. They don’t allowed overnight parking, and there is not too much room for parking, but it wasn’t bad either. They got me in a door at 9:15 pm, load was prepaid, no lumpers, at 10:30 pm I got my papers back! BTW it took 3 hours to load this trailer. And they were extremely busy, a lot of trucks. Good job! Thanks!
