The worst Ross in Los Angeles Hollywood/western all the staff specially KARLA the big lady she rude she said we are not allowed to pay nor get our things because we are Asian that’s not right. Take note: My daughter also there in she told me mom that woman is rude she’s not nice my daughter only 5 years old and she hear everything what that woman said and how she treat us my daughter asking me why she do that to us. Please to the management please do something that’s not right to treat the customer nor the people inside in your store.

I’m not recommendedThis ross specially in western and hollywood lots of people stealing item very dangerous to the customers and the employee they don’t care even if people are stealing item!! And also all of the employee are so rude to the customers especially her name is Karla. Her name is Karla according to her. Pls to the owner and the management of ross do something. Karla she is not an asset to your company she’s liability she don’t allow us to purchased an item because I’m Asian. I hope to the management you can resolve the issue!!!

There are many Rosses around and I like this one. It seems the manager is working harder here. At least the fitting room remains open after 5pm. This store has more clothes and shoes than the one on Sunset not far away. It also seems to have more stock refill. I love coming to this place to find good deals. I got some True Religion T shirts for my boy today. Check out is fast, at least 3-5 cashiers are working. It moves fast. I like this one.

This Store is JOKE!!!!! By far the WORST Ross I’ve ever been to. If I could rate this store a ZERO I would. Like why is there 2 cashiers and a line of over 50 people. Not everyone has time to be in a line for over an HOUR. Don’t get me started on the MANAGERS… they are disrespectful rude and unprofessional and let’s not forget about the STORE MANAGER he’s a big guy and he goes by the name of Edgar and let me Tell you he could CARE LESS about the customers complaints and he just stands there and watches shoplifters just walk out the door and he laughs !!!! Like what is so funny about people robbing the store. For a store manager he is not doing his job this store is alwaysss a mess the cashiers are slow and have a nasty attitude and they don’t have public bathrooms!! Lastly the Store prevention Associates in the front are a joke. What are they there for ? All they do is talk on the walkie, follow suspected shoplifters around and watch them walk out with all the merchandise. Like they get paid to stand there and greet and most of the time they don’t greet or aren’t paying attention because they are too busy on the computer. I’ve wasted my time and money coming to this store many times and nothing changes. Goodluck walking into this store you never know what you’ll experience.
