My suggestion is whenever you speak to on the phone or directly encounter a rude or unprofessional employeee at anytype of business. Step 1. Ask to speak to the manager 2. If in the location walk with the manager away from the employee 3. In a calm tone tell the manager what you experienced and always say, " I did not know that ________ (say the name.of the company/store/restaurant) chooses to represent itself this way through its employees! NO BUSINESS WANTS TO HEAR THAT AN EMPLOYEE IS REPRESENTING IT IN A NEGATIVE WAY!
You have to remember who you are dealing with. They are a special group of people.
