Just tried to stop in for dinner at this location and was turned away. They have a sign on the front door that says they are temporarily closing at 9pm, which is fine. We arrived at 8:40pm and were told they stopped seating at 8:30pm. I asked the hostess if we could order to go and she said yes. So, we walked over to the to go counter and the employee told us we could not order, that they also stop take out orders at 8:30pm. If this is the case, they should just say they close at 8:30. I worked in the restaurant business for several years and every other restaurant accepts orders up until the minute they close, some even later if they have guests walking in right at close, they extend the courtesy of allowing them to order before shutting down the kitchen for the night. Staff was not friendly and this place should update their sign to say they close at 8:30pm if that’s when they feel like no longer taking orders!

During lunch, my friend who had her toddler along is Type 1 diabetic, the carb book she carries did not have BBW in it and she asked for a nutrition guide so she could dose him properly. The manager came right over with a print out, took the time to find what was ordered and gave her the information she needed. Great service!!!

Haven't been able to get to a BWW in years but it was exactly what I needed! Tammy, our server, was fantastic. The food was great. The price was decent too! I can't wait to go back!

I went here for lunch and we had a bad experience. We came in at 11 and after everything didn’t leave until 1:15pm. There was only one server and she took her time. She took 15 minutes to get our drink order then after another 15-20 minutes went by and we had to grab our beer from the bartender table because she never brought them. Took another 30 minutes to order our food which we ordered off lunch menu. It came with wings and fries well of course they were completely out of fries so she offered tots or potato wedges. We all asked for potato wedges and she informed us we would be up charged $1 per order. We explained that wasn’t really fair considering they had no fries. She informed us if we didn’t want to pay that we could wait 30 minutes for the fries to come in and get those. But we had already been there an hour and didn’t really want to continue waiting. Then my sister had to get back to work and asked for her food to go and when we received our check we noticed we were charged an additional $1 for “takeout”. The waiter didn’t show much empathy and it was unfortunate they didn’t have more servers and left her by herself. Overall food lacked flavor and was Luke warm. Very disappointed and would never go back.
